How to Reach Us
Although emotional symptoms rarely require immediate treatment, it's best to schedule an appointment before they cause problems with relationships or employment.
New patients please call for availability. We can not call in medication for you or provide any recommendations until you have been seen by one of our practitioners.
Dr. McKinney's voice mail is confidential, so please leave a message, and a phone number, with the best time to contact you. Our office will return your call within 24 hours. (Except when we are closed on Fridays, these calls will be returned on Monday).
During inclement weather we will make efforts to reach you if we need to close our office and will change the office phone greeting to let our patients know that the office is closed.
If you are an established patient of our practice and calling after hours for an emergency, you may call 336-691-2131 and the practitioner on call will be paged. Please remove privacy blocks from your phone prior to calling. We will return your call from an unlisted number and if this privacy block is not removed, we will be unable to return your call.
Please be aware that no refills for medications will be authorized after hours, on weekends, or when our office is closed. Medication refills will not be addressed by the on call service.
To protect privacy, patients are seen by appointment only, but time is saved for established patients with emergencies or problems with medications.
